SURVEY AT PARISH LEVEL AS INDIVIDUALS & MINISTRIES - A JOURNEY TOWARDS PAN MALAYSIA PASTORAL CONVENTION (PMPC) 2026

Shalom, as we move towards PMPC 2026, our diocesan team has come up with a survey to be taken by all parishes either as individuals and/or as ministries of the parish. (Please refer to the process of "A JOURNEY TOWARDS PAN MALAYSIA PASTORAL CONVENTION (PMPC) 2026" listed below.)

In order for us to be informed and fully involved, the diocese has prepared the following materials for us since we cannot come together for a briefing.

So, please access the following in sequence to know what is required of our response:

1. Address by Bishop Sebastian

2. Overview towards PMPC 2026 (by Father Jude Miranda) (*latest version)

3. Evaluation Process Guide 2021 - A Journey Towards PMPC 2026

4. Forms must be submitted by 31/8/2021. Click on the links below to undertake the survey in your preferred language:

- Survey form in English

- Survey form in Mandarin

- Survey form in Tamil

- Survey form in Bahasa Malaysia

Notes:-

1) Please fill up the survey form with your feedback based on own experiences/how you feel (do NOT give solution/proposal) as requested by the team ;

2) Please key in the survey form under “Church of St Michael, Ipoh” for tracing purposes later on ;

3) In case any individual wishes to share personal/family issues (with depression etc) during the survey, you may write to me personally via WhatsApp to 0164352411 or email to aliew18@gmail.com. I will see how I can help later on ;

4) Please share this with others and invite as many people as you can to take the survey. (It is time for us to hear your voice and get to know your realities/feedback in order to have a realistic pastoral approach)

Deadline - 31/8/2021

Do take your time for the survey. May God guide you in this process as we discern the signs of the times based on the reality we face and do whatever is necessary according to God’s will.

Take care and God bless,

Fr Anthony Liew
